Supporter Terms

These Supporter Terms apply when a business or organization ("you") buys a monthly Supporter subscription from NeedHelp Platform, a business name of Muavecore Group Inc., 2 Dundas Street West, Belleville, Ontario K8P 1A1 ("we" or "us"). They add to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If these Supporter Terms and the Terms of Service conflict, these Supporter Terms apply to your subscription.

1. What your subscription is

A Supporter subscription is a business purchase of recognition and visibility on NeedHelp Platform, as described for your plan on our Supporters page: for example, your name or logo on our website, a supporter badge, social media features and impact updates.

• It is not a donation. NeedHelp Platform is operated by a for-profit company and is not a registered charity. No tax receipts are issued.
• Your payment does not go directly to any individual or organization posting on the platform, and it does not buy specific goods or services for them, unless we agree that separately in writing.
• We do not promise any particular number of people helped, needs met or business results. Impact updates describe activity on the platform as accurately as we can.

2. Billing

• Plans are billed monthly in advance in Canadian dollars and renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Stripe emails you a receipt after each payment.
• Applicable taxes are added where required.
• If a payment fails, we may pause your benefits until it is paid.
• We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change. The new price applies from your next billing month after the notice period.

3. Cancelling and changing plans

• You can cancel anytime by emailing support@needhelpplatform.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month and you will not be charged again.
• Payments already made are not refunded for partial months, except where the law requires a refund or we charged you in error.
• To change plans, email us. The new plan starts from your next billing month.

4. Founding Supporters

• "Founding Supporter" status is offered to the first 25 subscribers, or until December 31, 2026, whichever comes first.
• Your Founding Supporter badge and place on the Founding Supporters wall stay for as long as your subscription stays active without a break. If you cancel, the status ends and cannot be restored.
• Founding Supporter status is recognition only. It does not give any ownership, investment, voting or decision-making rights in NeedHelp Platform or Muavecore Group Inc.

5. Your name and logo

• We will only show your name or logo after you confirm in writing (an email is enough) that we may.
• Once you confirm, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to show your name and logo on NeedHelp Platform, in our social media and in our marketing materials, for as long as your subscription is active.
• You confirm you have the right to give us this permission.
• You can ask us to stop at any time. We will remove your name and logo from our website within 10 business days. We cannot delete social media posts already shared by others.
• Using our name and the Supporter badge: you may say that you are a NeedHelp Platform Supporter (or Founding Supporter) while your subscription is active. Please do not suggest that we endorse your products or services.

6. Our right to decline or end a subscription

We may decline a subscription, or end one with notice and a refund for any unused paid period, if a supporter's business, conduct or public messaging conflicts with our Community Guidelines or could harm the people and organizations we serve.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything related to your subscription is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or reputation. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Supporter Terms. We will email active supporters about important changes at least 30 days before they apply. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Ontario.
