You must provide accurate and current information
You are responsible for all activity under your account

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Violate any laws or regulations
Harass, exploit, or harm others
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
Attempt to bypass platform security or safeguards
Use the platform for illegal or unethical activities

6. AI & Automated Tools

The Platform uses AI tools for matching, moderation, safety checks, and platform improvement. AI outputs are provided for assistance only and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete.

7. Payments & Fees

Some features may require payment or subscription. Fees are clearly disclosed and non-refundable unless required by law. Payment processors operate independently under their own terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties regarding reliability, safety, or suitability of helpers or assistance received.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I Need Help shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless I Need Help from claims arising from your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for safety reasons.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
