Supporter questions
How does billing work?
Your plan is billed monthly in advance in Canadian dollars and renews automatically each month until you cancel. Stripe emails you a receipt after each payment.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Email support@needhelpplatform.com and we'll cancel your subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month, and you won't be charged again.
Is this a charitable donation?
No. NeedHelp Platform is operated by Muavecore Group Inc., a for-profit company, and is not a registered charity. Supporter subscriptions are business purchases and no tax receipts are issued.
When do we get our recognition?
After you subscribe, our team contacts you within 5 business days to collect your organization's name and logo and set up your benefits.
What is a Founding Supporter?
The first 25 businesses to subscribe (or everyone who subscribes before December 31, 2026, if sooner) keep a permanent Founding Supporter badge and a place on our wall for as long as their subscription stays active. It is recognition only. See our Supporter Terms.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Email us and we'll move you to a different plan from your next billing month.
